$79/month
For families who want convenient guidance without unnecessary visits.
- Text based access with extended hours with a pediatric nurse practitioner and certified breastfeeding specialist.
- Real-time guidance for illness, injury, and concerns
- Lactation support for breastfeeding questions and concerns
- Help deciding whether home care, urgent care, or ER is needed
- Fast response for sick-day questions
- Prescriptions sent directly to your pharmacy when appropriate
- School notes provided, if needed
Home Visits: not included but available for an additional $125 per visit.
Family Plan: one simple cap for families with multiple children- max $200/month per family.
No membership? No problem: I can still see you, you can also book online for $89 per visit.
PAckage Option
Newborn Support Package (0-8 weeks of life)
$350
You brought your baby home, what now? This package is designed to bridge families through the immediate postpartum period and give you the utmost confidence in caring for your child. Also, it can be the perfect gift to a loved one!
Note: Must be located in South Jersey.
What’s included:
- In-home visit for newborn evaluation and weight check
- Breastfeeding, bottle feeding, latch/supply concerns
- Direct text access to a pediatric nurse practitioner
- Feeding support (breastfeeding, bottle feeding, latch concerns, supply concerns)
- Sleep and newborn behavior guidance (what’s normal, what’s not)
- 24/7 text access for follow-up questions during the support period
- Clinical guidance on when in-person evaluation or escalation is needed
How it works:
- Support is provided during 2 months following birth
- Includes 1–2 in-home visits depending on clinical need
- Focus is on stabilization, reassurance, and early feeding success
- Can transition into membership plan if ongoing care is needed

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, I would love to meet you!
Do you accept insurance?
I do not! I am a concierge level service and I have up front pricing! Membership is not a replacement for health insurance. Insurance may still be needed for emergencies, hospital visits, specialist visits, prescriptions, lab work/imaging etc.
What does my membership cover?
- Direct access to a pediatric provider - send texts directly to Marie
- Flexible visit types: virtual and in home (pending mileage & at additional cost)
- Sick visits (same or next day)
- Breastfeeding and lactation support
- Counseling and support for common childhood concerns including sleep, feeding, and development
- Diagnosis and support of common pediatric conditions such as rashes, respiratory infections, eczema and more
- Prescriptions sent directly to your pharmacy, if needed

How do I pay for my membership?
Upon the initial telehealth, your method of payment will be saved in your chart and you will have a recurring charge monthly. You can cancel anytime!

Home Base Pediatrics supports children from birth through age 18, whether you need reassurance about a newborn, guidance for a sick child, or help deciding what level of care comes next. Text and telemedicine support are available to families throughout South Jersey, with home visits offered based on location and mileage.
